Training Content Developer
--14 Dapo Sholanke Close, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.--
The Training Content Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging training
materials. The ideal candidate will have a passion for training, strong instructional design skills, and experience
with content development tools and technologies. You will leverage your expertise to advise on the use of
common tools and methodologies across the program. Additionally, you will provide feedback on instructional
design and course content to ensure the curriculum meets the needs of learners.
Responsibilities

Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify training needs and learning
objectives

Design and develop engaging and interactive training content, including e-learning modules,
presentations, manuals, and multimedia resources

Utilize authoring tools and software to create and customize training materials that align with
instructional strategies and adult learning principles

Integrate multimedia elements, such as graphics, animations, videos, and simulations, to enhance the
effectiveness of training content
- Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on developed content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to organizational standards
- Evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback from participants to identify areas for improvement and make necessary revisions
- Identify and offer improvements and enhancements to the training and development processes, analyses, and methodologies

Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and innovations in instructional design and
content development
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher

6+ Years of relevant experience

Proficiency in using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar elearning development platforms

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Work in parallel with technical teams and associated training efforts to remain current with
the release of new tool functionality
Nice to have

Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory

Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies

Experience with graphic design software and multimedia editing tools is a plus

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate with
stakeholders at all levels
