As an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Business Development Manager in Multiskills Limited, your role involves a blend of technical expertise, sales acumen, and strategic vision. As an ERP Business Development Manager, your ultimate goal is to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients, expanding the customer base, and maximizing sales opportunities within existing accounts.

Here's an outline of key responsibilities and skills typically associated with this role:

Job Responsibilities:

·         Formulate sales strategies and action plans to penetrate new markets and expand the company's Odoo ERP customer base. Collaborate with the sales team to set achievable sales targets and develop innovative approaches to meet them.

·         Understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings related to ERP solutions.

·         Develop strategies to penetrate target markets, industries, and geographical regions.

·         Cultivate relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling ERP solutions.

·         Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, digital marketing, and participation in industry events.

·         Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead qualification to closing deals.

·         Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the ERP solutions to potential clients.

·         Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, and provide tailored ERP solutions and consultation services.

·         Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, pricing, and service level agreements.

·         Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, product development, and implementation teams to ensure seamless delivery of ERP solutions.

·         Track sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts, and provide regular reports to the management team.

·         Facilitate a smooth handover of signed contracts to the implementation team, providing them with comprehensive insights gathered during the sales process. Ensure clear communication and alignment between sales and implementation teams.

·         Monitor sales performance metrics such as revenue generated, pipeline development, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction levels. Identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions as needed to optimize sales outcomes.

Skills and Qualifications:

·         Strong understanding of ERP systems (ODOO) and how they integrate with various business functions such as finance, HR, supply chain, etc.

·         Proven track record in B2B sales, with excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

·         Familiarity with the IT industry, particularly ERP solutions and related technologies.

·         Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

·         A customer-centric approach with the ability to understand and address client needs effectively.

·         Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

·         Ability to analyze market data, sales metrics, and client feedback to make informed business decisions.

·         Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions, client requirements, and organizational priorities.

·         Leadership qualities to inspire and motivate the sales team towards achieving goals.

·         A bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field is typically required. Additional certifications or training in ERP systems can be advantageous.
