As an Odoo Business Development Manager in Multiskills Limited, your role involves a blend of technical expertise, sales acumen, and strategic vision. As an Odoo Business Development Manager, your ultimate goal is to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients, expanding the customer base, and maximizing sales opportunities within existing accounts.

 This position is both creative and rigorous by nature you need to think outside the box. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done" spirit. To be successful, you will have great communication skill.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate sales strategies and action plans to penetrate new markets and expand the company's Odoo ERP customer base. Collaborate with sales team to set achievable sales targets and develop innovative approaches to meet them
  • Develop strategies to penetrate target markets, industries, and geographical regions.
  • Cultivate relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling ERP solutions
  • Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, digital marketing, and participation in industry events
  • Manage end to end sales process from lead qualification to closing deals

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
  • Strong understanding of Odoo and its integration with various business functions
  • Proven track records in B2B Sales 
  • Strong Teamwork
  • Leadership qualities to inspire and motivate sales team 

Nice to have

  • Certification in ERP systems
  • 4years cognitive experience
