As an employee of our company, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, resolving technical issues, and delivering excellent customer service. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and effective communication.
Responsibilities
- Supporting IT services of a technology solution firm
- Implementing and maintaining network infrastructure such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Supporting security solutions from OEM's like Fortinet, Sophos, Cisco, Microsoft, among others
- Managing cloud hosted applications, including MS Office 365 and other Saas applications
- Deploying and supporting other IT Assets (laptops, desktops, printers, PBX, Biometrics Access Controls, etc.) and associated peripherals.
- Managing technical projects related to it
- Testing and evaluating new technology relevant to technology solution industry
- Working closely with service providers to support and resolve escalated service issues
- Coordinating the execution of Services Improvement Plans.
- Developing and implementing strategic initiatives for the team
- Ensuring achievement of established performance metrics and team benchmarks
- Seeking and developing innovative tools and applications for automations of IT dependent processes.
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Proven work experience in delivering and managing IT solutions
- Proven experience of supporting IT applications and infrastructure
- Excellent technical knowledge of IT hardware and software
Nice to have
- Relevant IT Certifications
- Strong writing and oral communications skills
- Research and Analytical skills, including ability to identity and propose solutions to issues
- Planning and organizational skills
- Good Project management skills
